The ISAPS Board of Directors are responsible for appropriate, compliant, efficient, and effective governance of the Company in its work towards the ISAPS mission. A new Board is appointed every two years, in rotation with the change in Presidency, comprising of 15 Board members. Of these, 13 Board members will possess the voting rights towards the election of the subordinate leadership groups accountable for supporting the operations of the Society.
